Health Guarantee And Bill Of Sale
Your puppy will be checked by a licensed Veterinarian before the pick up date, your puppy will have had all required immunizations. We will provide a copy of the vet checked, shot and deworming record at the time of pick up. I guarantee my puppies to be in good health and free from any defects to the best of my knowledge unless otherwise stated in the contract. Validation of this guarantee requires examination of your puppy by the vet of your choice and at the purchasers expense within 48 hours of the pick up date. This veterinary examination is mandatory to confirm that your puppy was not sick or injured at the time of delivery. I require a copy of your puppy's initial health report signed and dated by your veterinarian and forwarded to us within 7 business days of the vet check. The date of the Vet Check must be within 48 hours of receiving the puppy or this contract is null. If this requirement is not fulfilled within the specified time this guarantee is null and void.
We do not guarantee common problems that are preventable, treatable, manageable by medication and /or surgery and are not considered life threatening congenital defects. This includes but is not limited to: Ears not standing, Hernias, Undescended Testicals, Underbite or Overbite, Hearing or Vision problems, Luxating Patella, Limp, Hypoglycemia, Diarrhea, Coccidia, Kennel Cough, Bronchitis, Collapsed Trachea, Giardia, Parvo, Open Fontanel, Liver Shunt, Ear Mites, Worms, Fleas or Ticks. No guarantee is made as to size, weight, disposition, conformation, color, hair thickness, or breeding ability. Because Luxating Patellas Hernias and Collapse Trackea can be caused by injury, they are not covered after my Vet's inicial exam..
If the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect that will not allow the puppy to grow or age to normal life expectancy the buyer must obtain and forward to the seller a written statement from a licensed veterinarian(on office stationary, or have the official seal and signed by the veterinarian stating the health risks and including a description of the symptoms supporting his/her opinion. I reserve the right to have this statement reviewed and verified by another veterinarian .Upon confirmation of the puppy having a life threatening congenital health defect, I require that the puppy along with all of his/her papers be returned to us at the expense of the buyer, prior to exchange. I will exchange the puppy with one of equal value when one is available, If the buyer does not fulfill these requirements within 10 days of offer of exchange, this guarantee is null and void. I will be under no further obligation, financial or otherwise.
I am willing to discuss the problem and try to work with the buyer the best to my ability. If other arrangements are to be made, it will be in writing signed by both parties.Only replacements will be made, NO CASH REFUNDS...
Tiny toy breeds need special attention your puppy will need food and water available at all times we give them "Beneful" for puppies. The buyer agrees to never sell this puppy to Pet Shop, Back Yard Breeder, Puppy Mill or similar Institution.
